Hayden has been a core team member since the company’s founding. He started with Gibson Integrity in the field then transitioned through management and now he currently serves the company as the Director of Operations. Hayden has played a key role in shaping the companies’ systems, culture, and long-term direction. Hayden leads cross-department coordination, streamlines workflow processes, and ensures every operational move aligns with the company’s growth, goals, and client expectations. His goal is to build teams that operate smoothly and execute their mission with consistency and accountability. Hayden uses a hands-on leadership approach with a commitment to continuously improving this company that he has grown passionate for.

Beyond the office, Hayden is a proud husband and father of two. He enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing. He enjoys teaching his kids that nature isn’t just a place to explore, but also a place to learn and appreciate.
