Blake Allen

Manager of Survey & Tracking

Blake Allen is the Survey & Tracking Manager at Gibson Integrity, bringing more than 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Blake oversees all aspects of project and job execution, including logistics, scheduling, planning, and field operations. His leadership ensures that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with the high level of accuracy customers expect. Blake also supports the financial performance of the department by monitoring P&L metrics, adjusting operations to maintain profitability, and working closely with the accounting team to ensure invoicing and payments are completed on time.

A native of Vinita, Oklahoma, Blake graduated from Vinita High School before attending the University of Oklahoma on a wrestling scholarship from 2004–2008. He went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations, building a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and organizational development that he brings to his work every day.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves golfing, hunting, and fishing, and he brings the same discipline and competitive spirit from his wrestling background into both his personal and professional life.
